our man in brooklyn
i know my buddy tom keating from days of art school yore… tom did the wonderful artwork for my latest album the roots, the leaves. we’ve got one of his paintings hanging in our hallway, it’s amazing. he does a lot of collagey sort of stuff. lots of nautical themes. lots of great stuff, i love it, and you should too.

hey folks, i wanted to take a second to share the work of my good friend raquel aparicio, one of my favorite illustrators. her work is amazing. she’s responsible for the cover for my consumer confidence vol. 2, and part of the crack team of spaniards that did my video for intimidated by silence. i wholeheartedly recommend you check out her site, and grab prints off her big cartel store!

tiny show hiatus
so i think i’m going to take a short break from playing shows… at least for the month of august. definitely something i haven’t done for a while, but i both want to regroup a little, and focus more time on working on new songs. i’ll keep you posted when new shows/tours/etc are on the horizon!
